Doris S. Holtkamp, 89, of Bryan, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, in Bryan, Texas.
Doris Stalbaum Holtkamp was born in the Bellville area of Austin County, Texas on December 20, 1929 to parents Edward and Norma Stalbaum. She graduated from Bellville High School and Durhams Business College in Houston, Texas. Doris worked for the original Austin County State Bank for eight years and retired from Exxon-Mobil, where she worked as an accounting clerk, after thirty-three years of service. She is preceded in death by her parents Ed and Norma Stalbaum, and her husband, Henry Holtkamp, Jr. Doris is survived by her sister, Joy and her husband, Robert Schulz, of College Station, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, March 7, 2019, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel, 768 Fourth Street in Sealy, Texas. The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Sealy Cemetery. |
