Rosenberg Herald, July 12, 1929:
Mr. August Hacker, Sr., age 85 years, 5 months, and 2 days, died Wednesday, July 3rd. Mr. Hacker leaves to mourn his death his wife; one son, August Hacker Jr.; and four daughters, Mrs. John Hibbeler of Peters, Mrs. Fritz Severin of Booth, Mrs. Felix Seyer of Eagle Lake, and Mrs. Louise Hoff of Sealy; and twelve grandchildren. The many friends of this family join the Herald in extending their sympathy in their loss. Mr. Hacker was taken to Sealy where interment was made July 5th at 4 o'clock. The Foerster Funeral Home of Rosenberg had charge of funeral arrangements. |
