Golda Viola Bloomfield, 88, of Sealy, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, in Sealy, Texas.
Golda Viola Bloomfield was born November 16, 1923 to Jefferson A. and Minnie Burton Winn in Paducah, Texas. She attended Robstown High School, Delmar Junior College in Corpus Christi, and San Antonio Junior College. She was married to Jim Bloomfield. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She worked at the Sealy Hospital and was a school nurse at Sealy Elementary School. She was preceded in death by her parents Jefferson A. and Minnie Burton Winn and husband Jim Bloomfield. She is survived by her daughters Ronda (Ron) Gasch of Bryan, Texas and Elieen (Marvin) Thorp of Jourdanton, Texas; her sons Ralph Bloomfield of Sealy, Texas and Randy Bloomfield of Hondo, Texas; a brother Donald Adelbert Winn of Corpus Christi; 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
