Roger Joseph Soucy, of Valleyfield, Canada, died at the age of 84 on Saturday, June 7, 2014. Roger was born on Dec. 8, 1929 and was raised by his paternal grandmother, Marceline Soucy. Roger was a custom home builder in Canton, Conn., the Houston, area and Bellville. On July 12, 1952, Roger married Laurette Lussier and together they had six children, James R. Soucy, Roxanne M. Wrisley, Joanne L. Zeltner, Michelle S. Hussainali, Marc R. Soucy and Mona L. Wallman. Roger is survived by his wife of 62 years, his six children, 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Roger is a unique soul and will be greatly missed. A memorial service was held on Friday, June 13, 2014 at Sugar Grove Church of Christ. Posted by Joy Neely |
