BRUNE, Edmund of New Ulm. Age 79. Died 2/25/1972 Friday in a Bellville hospital after suffering a heart attack. Services held Sunday at St.John Lutheran Church at New Ulm. Burial in New Ulm Cemetery. His pastor, Rev. Foehler officiated. Etlinger Funeral Home of Bellville in charge of arrangements. Grandsons were pallbearers.
He was BORN 9/19/1892 at Post Oak Point and had spent his entire life in New Ulm. Married 12/1/1914 to Miss Selma Stern. Member of St.John Lutheran Church in New Ulm. SURVIVORS: Wife, Selma; 3 sons, Leslie L. Brune of Thorndale, Wilkins Brune of New Ulm and Arne Brune of Industry; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. |
