Cecilia Mary Klotz, 81, of Wallis, Texas, was born February 1, 1934 in Rosenberg, Texas and passed away on April 27, 2015 in Austin, Texas. Funeral services will be held at Guardian Angel Catholic Church, 2610 Demel, Wallis, Texas 77485 on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 2:00 pm., with Rev. Thuy Quang Nguyen celebrating the funeral mass and rite of committal. Visitation is from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm with the wake/rosary at 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 30, 2015, at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. Interment at Krasna Cemetery in Wallis.
Cecilia was raised in Rosenberg and attended Cottonwood Public School. She married Ernest Klotz in Rosenberg in July of 1952 and was a homemaker all her life. Survivors include her daughters, Marilyn Cerna and husband, Nelson, of Wallis, Helen Alexander of Manchaca, TX, Gloria Stevison of Wallis, Loretta Johnson and husband, Thomas, of Sealy; sons, Ernest John Klotz and wife, Cynthia, of Wallis, Anthony Klotz and wife, Renee, of Simonton, A.J. Klotz and wife, Sylvia, of Wallis, Clarence Klotz of Wallis, and David Klotz of Simonton; brother, Steve Wleczyk and wife, Florence, of Rosenberg; grandchildren, Jonathan Klotz, Katharine Capps and husband, Mike, Samantha Alexander, Aaron Kubecka, Melissa Bliss, Christina Paul, Brittney Everett, Jerry Gaines, Donna Boff, Billy Bliss, Lauren Chapman, Jerry Klotz, Kolton Klotz, Allan Klotz, B.J. Klotz, Amanda Klotz, and Melinda (Mullins) Klotz, and Michelle Guerrero, Jonathan Guerrero, and Noah Guerrero, Michael, Landon, and Brandon Rabius; and 27 great-grandchildren. Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Cecilia Wleczyk; husband, Ernest Klotz; daughters, Karen Rabius and Yvonne Boff.
