We lay to rest Carmen Garcia of Wallis, TX. Carmen attended Brazos High School, played French Horn. She obtained her diploma and Certification as a Medical Assistant. She was an artist, dancer, and all-around sweetheart. She will be terribly missed by all.
She is survived by her mother, Imelda Garcia; daughter, Idahlia; brothers, Richard Carreón, Peter Carreón, Tony Jr. García; and sister, Michelle García. Carmen was a cancer survivor of 25 years. She has a Go Fund Me page if anyone would like to contribute to assisting the family during this time of grief and sorrow. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 11 a.m. Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Wallis. Interment followed the service at Krasna Cemetery in Wallis.
