Funeral Services for Mrs. Gertrude Braesicke Donaho, 71 of Houston, were held from the Chapel of the Pete E. Etlinger Funeral Home in Bellville Wednesday afternoon, June 10.
Burial was in the Sealy Cemetery, with Rev. Wm. Feller of Cat Spring officiating. Mrs. Donaho passed away in Herman Hospital in Houston at 7:00 p.m. June 8. Born December 17, 1898, in Cat Spring she was reared in the Cat Spring area and attended school there. She also lived in Bellville for 4 years before moving to Houston 1940. She was a seamstress and P.B.X. operator. Survivors include one son, Earl Lee Brown of Houston; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Nola Braesicke of Houston; and two grandchildren, Richard Earl Brown and Debra Ann Brown, both of Houston. Pallbearers were Richard Brown, Lester Hillboldt, Homer Wittenburg, Henry Hillboldt. Eugene Rudloff and Thomas H. Gatlin. Posted by Verna McDowell |
