Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Rudloff of Bellville were held from the Chapel of the Pete E. Etlinger Funeral Home in Bellville at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, with Rev. O. K. Oelke officiating. Interment was in the Oak Knoll Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: nephews, Ronald J. Muery, Cary L. Burnley, II, Jerry W. Rudloff, Dwayne Rainer, Wayne Thompson and Lee Charles Goebel. Mrs. Rudloff passed away in the Bellville Sweetbriar Nursing Home at 12:05 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 1975 having attained the age of 88 years, 10 months and 25 days. She had been in failing health for the past year. Born in Cat Spring on December 16, 1886, she was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Albert Braesicke. She was reared in Cat Spring and attended the Cat Spring Public School. She was a member of the Bellville St. John Lutheran Church. The former Miss Minnie Braesicke was married to Paul Rudloff on April 20, 1911 in ceremonies performed in Bellville. Survivors include: husband, Paul Rudloff of Bellville; daughters, Mrs. Cary (Paula) Burnley of Deer Park and Mrs. James (Minnerva) Muery of Bellville; sons, Harold Rudloff of Dickenson and Eugene Rudloff of Bellville; sisters, Mrs. Sam Hillboldt of Cat Spring and Mrs. Bertha Wittenburg of Kyle; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
