December 19, 1912 Cat Spring, 15, Dec. - On December 8 died Joseph Caletka, Sr. according to his son Joseph Caletka, Jr. at the age of 82 years and 9 months. The departed was buried at the cemetery at his old place of residence the following day, next to his wife who died 4 years ago. Fritz Schwanbeck held the graveside service. My sympathy to the family. He leaves behind 3 sons and a daughter in good circumstances. He came from Bohemia to Texas in 1869 and has resided in the area since. Posted by Natalie McLain |
