Thomas Parker Beery was born May 26, 1943 to Paul Dwight Beery, Sr. and Rona Mathieson Beery. He passed away Feb. 24, 2014 at the age of 70 years. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Faye Klentzman Beery, 2 children, Alicia Beery Nuessle and her husband James Nuessle, and Thomas Patrick Beery and his wife Eunice Ryu Beery and one grandchild, Kegan Graves, all of Bellville. He is also survived by a sister, Sallie Watts, of Houston, 2 brothers, Dr. Paul Dwight Beery Jr., and his wife Karen of Fort Worth, and David Beery and his wife Cynthia of Houston. He is also survived by several nephews, a niece and several great nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Mr. Beery was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He was a member of the Texas State Bar Association, and was licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He spent the majority of his career as a Federal Prosecutor in Houston and in West Texas where he was Chief of the Midland-Pecos Division of the U.S. Attorney’s office. Memorial service will be held March 8th at 10:30 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Posted by Joy Neely |
