Donna Mildred Yates Hansen, 70 years young, beloved and cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, died peacefully at home in Sealy, Texas with her family around her on Monday, Sept. 6, 2004, after a brief illness. She was special to all who knew her and her calm, steady presence in our lives will be deeply missed, though she will remain in our hearts always. She was preceded in death by her parents, Loly D. and Eleanore Yates. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, James "Jim" F. Hansen; her daughter, Kathy Moore and Jimmy Rhyne; daughter, Christine Henneke; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Barbara Hansen; her sisters, Marjorie Davis and Dixie Garrett; nieces, Gaylynn Drews and Mary Garrett; grandsons, Roy and Paul; and lots of wonderful friends. Special thanks to B. Blevins for the special care he gave to our mom and her family. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. in Sealy Cemetery, Sealy, Texas, with Rev.
