June 7, 1951 – May 13, 2014 It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She passed on May 13, 2014 following a Liver Transplant in Houston, TX. She did not endure the procedure. Maria leaves to cherish her memory, her sisters and brothers: Andres (Delia) Silva, Felicita Silva, Enrique (Alma) Silva, Nelda Cantrell, Sandra (George) Curran, Sara Salinas, Lucia (Alberto) Gallegos; her one daughter and two sons: Melissa (Daryl) Foster, Michael (Melissa) Saldaña, Adam Saldaña; four grandchildren: Michelle Rincon, Michael David Saldaña, Jr., Matthew Ryan Saldaña, Miles Mateo Foster; her special friends Anna Donaghy, Angelita Garcia, Esperanza Vasquez, Maria Torres, and Sylvia Foster.
