Anselm Patent was born 7 February 1841 in Wurtemburg, Germany. He married Anna Maria Luise Schabrich, daughter of Franziskus Josephus Conradus & Anna Maria Margarethe( Lange) Schabrich. Anna was born 14 March 1837 in Dalheim, Westfalen Prov., Germany. She died 2 October 1920 at Brenham, Washington Co., TX. Anselm died 14 March 1906 in Austin Co. TX. They are both buried at Germenia Cemetery, Kenny, Austin Co., TX.
