Edmund Guss Hartman was born May 12, 1923 and passed away. June 14, 2013.

Our Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather left us in the early afternoon on June 14, 2013. It was truly a peaceful departure into eternity.

He was a Veteran of WWII and was born and raised in the Cat Spring-Bellville area. He was a man that loved his family to the core, and will be greatly missed by us all. He was laid to rest on Monday, June 17, 2013 at the Cat Spring Cemetery.

He is survived by wife Gladys Hartman: daughter Donna Miller: daughter and son-n-law- Kathryn and Victor Saucedo: son and daughter-n-law, Ron and Linda Howard: brother and sister-n-law, Carl and Leatrice Hartman: sister, Hilda Brast and Brother Willie Hartman and Granddaughter that he raised as his own: Tracy Robinson and husband Buz. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren along with his loving caregiver Irea Williams.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to: Compassionate Care Hospice, 3833 South Texas Avenue Ste. 100, Bryan, TX. 77802 or Meals on Wheels of Johnson and Ellis Counties, 106 East Kilpatrick, Cleburne, TX. 76031.
