Funeral services for Anton Dzierzanowski, 83, of Sealy, Texas were held Monday, August 4, 2003 at 10 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sealy with Rev. Octavio Muguerza celebrating the Funeral Mass and Rite of Committal. Interment was at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Sealy.

Pallbearers serving were Edmond Novicke, Louis Dzierzanowski, Frank Dzierzanowski, Ron Machala, Steve Jankowski and Harry Janicki, Jr..

Honorary pallbearers were Keith Dzierzanowski, Todd Ashorn, Troy Ashorn, Albert Sustala, Charles Lummus, Jack Bolten and Leo Vzidak.

Born in Rosenberg, Texas, Anton Raymond Dzierzanowski was the son of Marion and Kathrine (Michalek) Dzierzanowski. He was raised in Rosenberg and attended Holy Rosary Catholic School and Cottonwood Public School in Rosenberg.

Mr. Dzierzanowski owned and operated a house painting business and also worked for WKM for 15 years. On June 26, 1939, Mr. Anton Dzierzanowski and the former Miss Willie Mae Machala were married with ceremony held in Sealy at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Anton loved to go fishing, played fiddle for Sealy Playboy's Band and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, a third degree member of Sealy Knights of Columbus, and KJT of Sealy.

Anton Raymond Dzierzanowski died Friday, August 1, 2003 in Sealy Texas. His survivors are wife Willie Mae Dzierzanowski of Sealy, daughter Patricia Ann Ashorn and husband Terry of Sealy, son James Dzierzanowski and wife Luwayne of Cat Spring, sister Pauline Surovcak of Sealy, grandchildren Keith Dzierzanowski and wife Holly, Todd Ashorn and wife Angela, Troy Ashorn and wife Stacy, Tracy Dees and husband roger and Tiffany Hejl and great grandchildren Amylyn and Garrett Dizerzanowski, Draven Hejl, Brayden Ashorn and patricia Ashorn.

Preceded in death by his parents Marion and Katherine Dzierzan-owski, sisters Rosie Janicki, Josephine Machala, brothers Tom, Lee and John Dzierzanowski.

Funeral arrangements under the direction of Knesek Family Funeral Chapels, Sealy, Texas.
